Getting Access to the Gym
Out‑of‑Hours Door Keypad Access
If you can't use our app or don’t have your phone, you can still enter using your entry code on the Out‑of‑Hours door keypad. Please note:

Never share your PIN — it’s unique to you and helps keep the gym secure.

Always ensure the door closes fully behind you. No tailgating.
Training Safely

Only use equipment you’re confident with.

If you’re unsure, ask for an induction during staffed hours before attempting it alone.
